Month to month coaching is available for however long you need our help and can take you right up to the day of the race. It includes:
An individualized training program that is updated weekly, according to your progress and goals.
Beginning consultation, help with goal setting, race strategy, running education, mental prepardness, dynamic warm-up, etc... and weekly check ins.
Limited spots available for each race!
Weekly training at scenic locations, throughout the Seattle area, including the marathon course!
Personalized month to month plan, updated weekly to accommodate progress and goals, help with goal setting, and unlimited contact with our Nutrition Coach, Cailie!
At Plateau Racing we believe that each athlete is unique, which is why we tailor training programs for each of our runners. Our goal is to give runners the tools needed to be successful at accomplishing the goals they set.
