As a registered dietitian and running enthusiast, it is my pleasure and privilege to help you take your running to the next level by making manageable changes to your diet to help you achieve your race day goals!

PR’s Premium Nutrition Coaching Package - $495 for 3 months

(Washington residents price does not include sales tax)

This 3 month package is the best option for athletes who would like ongoing nutrition assistance throughout their training.  The 3 month time period allows for testing various nutrition strategies to see what works best for their needs.

 

This package includes:

  • Initial 60 minute nutrition consult either via a virtual video platform or phone.

  • Twice a month - 30 minute virtual meetings or phone calls for additional support and accountability.

  • Unlimited email communication between session with up to a 48 hour response time.

  • Personalized fueling plan for training and race day.

  • Tailored macronutrient needs with food suggestions

  • Comprehensive meal plan available for an additional fee based on athlete’s desires.

PR’s Standard Nutrition Coaching Package - $190 per month

This monthly package will help athletes with making tweaks to their eating patterns to improve overall running performance.  Athletes can pay per month and choose as many months as they feel works best for them.

This packages includes:

  • Initial 60 minute nutrition consult either via a virtual video platform or phone.

  • Twice a month - 30 minute virtual meetings or phone calls for additional support and accountability.

  • Unlimited email communication between session with up to a 48 hour response time.

  • Personalized fueling plan for training and race day.

  • Tailored macronutrient needs with food suggestions

  • Comprehensive meal plan available for an additional fee of $80

Al a Carte Nutrition Coaching -$55 for a 30 minute session, $85 for a 60 minute session

Athletes choose the number of interactions they feel fit their needs from a one and done to several times a week!

 

This option is simply an individually booked phone or virtual session to assist with the athlete’s nutrition needs and goals.  **Please note that the al a carte sessions do not include email support between sessions, but may include other written information regarding nutrition suggestions for training and race day.
