Join us for a live, interactive virtual presentation on Nutrition to Optimize Running Performance. We are excited to offer this exclusive educational experience provide by an expert in sports nutrition, Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist Heidi K. Strickler, MS, RD/RDN, CSSD, METS I, ISAK L-1 (she/her).
When: Thursday April 15th at 7:30 pm PT (45-50 minute presentation followed by 15-30 minute Q&A session)

About Our Awesome Presenter:
Heidi is a dynamic presenter with a wealth of both personal and professional experience in the fields of endurance sports and nutrition. She has been running and racing competitively for 10 years, and has found her true passion and prowess on the trails. In addition to trail running, Heidi also races for the US Women's National Snow Shoe Team, enjoys downhill and cross country skiing, road and mountain biking, cyclocross, and swimming. While triathlons are no longer her focus, she enjoys racing 70.3's. Ultimately, Heidi just loves to be active in the mountains, and she uses her personal experiences to guide her practice, where she can bridge the gap for athletes between scientific recommendations and personalized practical application.
Heidi is a Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics (CSSD) and Metabolic Efficiency Training Specialist (METS), with a Master’s in Sports Nutrition (MSc) from Liverpool John Moores University in England. As a Registered Sports Dietitian her goal is to empower her clients to thrive in both sport and in life. She specializes in working with endurance athletes, female athletes, plant-based athletes and RED-S (Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport).
