Work with our Personal Trainer, Running and Nutrition Coach Sierra to take your workouts to the next level, create sustainable nutrition habits, and reach your goals!

Sierra started as a Personal Trainer in 2013 while getting her Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology Pre-Physical Therapy from Western Washington University. She has worked with over 100 clients with a variety of goals, backgrounds, lifting experience, and injury history. She enjoys working with people of all different fitness levels who are eager to learn about resistance training! 

 

She will work with you to create an individualized program that compliments your lifestyle. Her goal for every client she works with is to give them all the tools to feel confident and empowered through nutrition and fitness.

COACHING PLATFORM

Plateau Racing has partnered with Final Surge, which is a leading online training log software. Built-in is a training calendar where your training will appear each day. You can export your training plan to a PDF or download the mobile app to track your training while on the go.

For Personal Strength Coaching, Adaptive Strength Plan, and Nutrition Coaching services with Sierra, your Final Surge account is where I am able to see your daily commentary and workout details, send you nutrition recalls and recommendations, so that I can stay informed on how to best build your training/nutrition plan for the following weeks. You'll also be able to send me messages and see my feedback and commentary.

HOW IT WORKS:

Get To Know Each Other

First you'll schedule some time to discuss your training history, goals, and any existing or previous injuries that may be leading to muscle imbalance. 

This will help lay the foundation of your fitness plan.

Weekly Strength Plan

Then, you'll begin receiving a weekly plan of exercises that are customized to help you maximize your training performance and prevent injury.

You'll have access to our online platform (Final Surge) where you will log your workouts, communicate with other athletes, and utilize many different fitness resources. Your plan is adjusted weekly as you progress.

Unlimited Communication

Sierra will be with you every step of the way as you progress towards your goals. 

You get unlimited communication with Sierra in addition to the option of scheduling weekly check-ins (phone or video-chat) to discuss/review your progress or any questions you have about your training.

Adaptive Strength Plan $99/4 Weeks
