Sierra started as a Personal Trainer in 2013 while getting her Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology Pre-Physical Therapy from Western Washington University. She has worked with over 100 clients with a variety of goals, backgrounds, lifting experience, and injury history. She enjoys working with beginners who are eager to learn about resistance training!
She will work with you to create an individualized resistance program that compliments your running program. Her goal for every client she works with is to give them all the tools to feel confident lifting weights as well as be able to put together a program for themselves!
